Refunds

Fourteen days, no questions asked.

If Guildlings Plus is not what you expected, reply to your purchase receipt within fourteen days and you get your money back. You do not have to explain, and you will not be talked out of it.

How

Your receipt from Polar has a link to the customer portal; the refund can be requested there, or by replying to the receipt. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and take a few business days to appear.

After a refund

The licence key stops working, so the dashboard closes and paid characters go back to the free ones. Nothing is deleted — your usage ledger is your file and stays where it is, in full, whether or not you ever buy again.

This is our own policy and sits on top of whatever your country's consumer law already gives you; it never takes anything away from it.
